1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

If canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
2. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our oils, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
